It is either a server error or a plugin conflict.

What I can suggest first is to check the permalinks. I would suggest flushing the permalinks, refer to this documentation:
https://wpastra.com/docs/how-to-refresh-wordpress-permalinks/.

If that doesn’t work, in that case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting? Please see the instructions below for how to do this and take a look once again for your reference, check if you have missed anything in the process:

Please make a full site backup (files+database) before making any changes.

NOTE: Always make sure that you are running with the updated version on your site.

However, if the issue is still appearing after deactivating all the plugins, then contacting the hosting support would be the last option to check if there are any restrictions with the connection of Starter templates(if you are using them) to the server.

In addition, please make sure that it is selected for the pages where you want to show like this from the back-end:

Also, it could be some sort of caching issue. Try removing any caching plugins on your site if they are installed. It could also be caching from the server side. We had something similar on our demo site – our host was able to sort it out. Let them know what is happening as well and they should have further insight.
