I am running Genesis version 2.7.3, Child theme Smart Passive Income, installed about a year ago.

Ios version 12.1.4

Wordpress version 5.1.1

I downloaded WP Subtitles today and was pleased to see the bar for a subtitle appear when I next accessed a blog in the Edit mode. I entered the text for my subtitle, saved it, and checked the blog. The subtitle did not appear.

Clearing the cache did not resolve the problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

I agree with TonyDehnke. Members have been asking for at least two years for instructions on how to hide the date of the reviews. Such an option would save everyone grief.

Thank you. I have solved the mystery of the missing messages.

Following the instructions at the link you gave me, I went to my WordPress dashboard and clicked on Contact > Contact Form 1 Edit, scrolled down to the Mail section, altered the variables, et voila.

It is a testimony to the quality of your plugin that I was able to troubleshoot the problem with minimal instructions. And I’m a writer (not a developer) who has never used WordPress!

I installed Contact Form 7 based on the recommendation in a popular Youtube video by Tyler Moore on how to create a website with WordPress.
