Thank you for the follow up. It turns out you were right the first time. I had to recreate the wp-content\uploads\connections-images\ folder and give it 767 permission rights. Here is the link I used to resolve it.

What version did you upgrade from? First we upgraded our wordpress from version 3.9.3 to version 4.1.1. We then upgraded our connections plugin from 8.1.7 to version 8.2.4 both upgrades required a database upgrade.

Is your dev server on the web, if so, please share a link.

I installed the plugin and I added the snippet as instructed yet the new entries are still defaulting to public.

The change for Name worked great, however I am not able to get Logo to change at all, I have even tried changing it to Hello World to no avail. Also we are trying to change the Category string. I am able to get it to change my using the string Categories but the change does not reflect on the form, yet it shows in Connections settings. I have tried using both connections and connections_form in the Text domain. Please advise.

Thanks for the help. I was able to get some of the strings changed but my change to the Name string is not showing on the form but the change is being reflected on the Form tab in connection settings. Also I don’t seem able to change the Logo string. We would like to change it to Firm’s Logo

We are still being stumped by this. Is there an email address where I can send you the .htaccess username and password directly, I don’t want it to show for the public.

Tony, thank you so much for the quick turnaround. After your suggestion failed I kept searching and found out that the developers had put in a custom url string in the sitemap.php. The problem had nothing to do with your product, my apologizes. You have a great product and great customer support. Thank you.
