You don’t get to say that a 7 click cancelation process is part of your ‘we need feedback’ plan. IN FACT, you CANNOT cancel without fillining out a text box and radio buttons…THIS SHOULD BE OPTIONAL — NOT MANDATORY.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cancelation. You worked hard for my business, but if I don’t want to renew, let it go. YOU have erased ALL THE GOOD WILL you got for the ease of installation, breadth of templates, and good documentation. BUT, I WILL NEVER use this product on a paid for basis ever again.
I will suck resources you put into the free version and tell everyone to NEVER PAY FOR THIS PRODUCT.
