holy cow thats huge, how the heck did I miss that?

because I have a lot of posts that I would want to permanently move via a 301 redirect.

currently I added a bunch of explicit rules for specific pages that I get a lot of traffic from but I think I need to match the pattern instead. any ideas?

Doh of course, one for the “front page” and another for the blog posts.

It basically is saying that the page you are viewing can’t find the functions.php script that it requires. Let me think……

Did you delete the WHOLE wp-includes folder first?

Did you delete then upload all of the root files (except /htaccess, wp-config.php, etc.)?

If TS 0.5 was compatible with 2.3.1 then it will most likely be compatible to 2.3.2.

1. Create a “page”
2. Visit domain/wp-admin/options-reading.php in your admin interface
3. Select “A static page (select below)”
4. Then find the page you want for your “Front page”
5. Select a “Posts page”

Dennis, keep an eye on this link because it seems that a few people have had a problem here.

At least three people (including myself) having the following issue

“No Upgrade Required
Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!”

I personally have deleted old files instead of the overwrite method after trying the overwrite method.

I also get the following

I have deleted *all* the files and moved the new ones over.

I am also having this problem. Deactivated all plugins, tried the overwrite method then tried to delete old files.

@moshu: you could be correct, I tried posting on another one of my web hosts and guess what, the post went through. I tried posting on another blog i have on the web hosting account that originally failed and it didn’t work.

My conclusion is that it is related to the host.

I’ll keep y’all updated on this one, it’s kinda weird and I’ve never heard of any filtering of content like this!

This is being output in HTML via WordPress, are you telling mt that there is no way to write out the above content?

Ajax wouldn’t edit the tags. They would merely provide a nicer way for a php function to edit the tags…
