Got the margins set, is there anyway to get the slideshow centered, comment section deleted and facebook/google link deleted?

Thanks so much! It worked perfectly with the margins. However, I still can’t get the slideshow centered. Also, is there a way to get rid of the title, google + link, Facebook, and comment section? I am trying to make it look more look a home page ??
