Hello,

An update on this as I was able to use SMTP settings to set this up, and after using the ‘test email’ feature I can confirm delivery is working.

However, emails are still failing and under System Status we’re seeing an a long error which references Drupal (old site is in Drupal).

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

This works technically but the quantity box is showing the total amount including addons, but it is just 1 product.

Thats correct, I tried it but it doesn’t do what I need. The options in the table are all optional addons where the buyer can purchase multiple addons.

My problem is that the current setup works, but it is multiplying the base product rate. The base product is the size (in the dropdown). This is a set price.

So for example someone chooses the 3m size that has a set price of $267. From there I should be able to add multiple options to add on to that price.

Can you please just read my requirement and tell me if your plugin can do it or not???

Guys, I have never experienced support this bad with any plugin.

1.) I followed the link to download the PPOM Option Quantity Addon plugin, but when I click the PayPal icon it purchased the main PPOM plugin, so now I have two licenses. Please refund the second one immediately.

2.) Then I found the PPOM Option Quantity Addon on your website, I purchased it and set it up. This is NOT what we need. Please refund this immediately.

3.) I found this addon on your website: https://ppom.nmediahosting.com/product/ice-cream-flavors-pack. If this adds the prices to the base product price then this is what we need. So I purchased it, and when I click on DOWNLOAD I get this: https://prnt.sc/u5xbgm

So which fields in PPOM would work so we can add accessories as addons (without duplicating the base price).

It should be Base Price + Chosen addons.

We created a new email template using the theme.

We are able to open the newsletter within your plugin and it looks great. We are also able to edit it easily…

But once we have made the edits there is no save button (that I can see).

Could you advise if there should be a save button?

Sorry I’m a bit lost here. If I remove capabilities for administrators, will that not limit my (the power user) capabilities as well??
