In reply to: [bublaa forum and comments] Embed forum on page … View on iPadHi Mike,
Thank you for reporting this.
I have good news for you. We are releasing a major update soon (even as early as Monday-Wednesday) that will make the forum more accessible to all mobile devices right on your own website.

In reply to: [bublaa forum and comments] Testers needed for Single Sign-On (SSO)Hi Bianca,
Unfortunately it is too early to say.
All I can say for now is that we will release our next product update in a couple of weeks. After that we will look at the items in our roadmap and prioritize them based on the current need.
It is obvious that SSO is important for an ocean of website owners, but there are other important features too.
Hopefully you understand where I’m coming from.
Thank you for your interest and patience.

In reply to: [bublaa forum and comments] Email NotificationsHi Alvin,
All email notifications point to bublaa.com currently. I would really like to hear your feedback on where people should be directed, because we have discussed this with our developers a lot. We are building a network of communities, but want to keep website owners like yourself in mind.
Bublaa account is “universal” and can be used with all Bublaa communities. For this reason each user chooses their own email notification settings. They do have the option to disable them completely, but the forum owner can’t enable this setting for them.
Thank you and looking forward to your feedback.

In reply to: [bublaa forum and comments] Formatting/StylingHi there,
Thank you for your interest in us.
I’m glad to hear that you were already able to make some progress with making the forum fit the page a bit better.
My apologies for the late response. If you decide to give our plugin another go in the future, and you have a tight schedule, I encourage you to share you questions at https://bublaa.com/forum/about-bublaa
Thank you.

Hi mittina,
Great to hear from you again!
Are you saying that you are still having problems with overlay focusing? We released another fix for this a week ago. I also tested your forum and I didn’t seem to have the problem anymore.
Also, on a related note, it is now possible to “offset” your forum by the height of the hovering element.
This happens by setting:
data-margin=”100″
for the:
.bublaa-forum
element.
The number can obviously be anything, not just “100”.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [bublaa forum and comments] Search feature?Hi,
This is a must-have feature.
We used to have this but we took it away for further development.
I’m sure we will have the feature up and running sooner rather than later.
Thank you for your feedback!

Hi maschera,
Thank you for the kind words!
I can see what you mean. Unfortunately that kind of signing up isn’t possible currently.
We do have Single Sign-On (SSO), but it still isn’t available to the public yet.
Also, the feature will work in the other direction than you are hoping. It will make it possible for people to sign up to the forum with the account they have with your blog.
I will share this feedback to our developers.
Thank you for your feedback!

Hi again,
Our devs noticed that the forum doesn’t like the hovering element that is located on the forum page.
They released a fix for the earlier scrolling issue, but it only helped with the popup issue indirectly.
The devs are currently working on a fix that will allow you to “offset” the forum by the height of the hovering element.
Thank you for your patience!
Kim from the Bublaa Team
Aah, I see!
Thank you for clearing that up.
I will discuss this issue with our developers.
Thank you for your patience.

Hiya,
Thank you for your feedback.
I wonder if you could help me with two question:
1. I tested logging in on the page you mentioned, and I noticed that the page only focused back to the popup when I moved my cursor on it. I tested this with Chrome. Are you having the same experience?
2. Do you feel that it is bad if the page is focused to the log in popup after a person has clicked “log in”?. I mean, isn’t it natural that the page is focused to the log in popup when a person wants to log in? After all, the person can close the popup by clicking the “x” button.
Thank you for your help!

Our devs are confident that they found a fix for this issue.
They will release an update later today.
My pleasure, Dan. Thank you all for your feedback and patience.
I will mark this topic “resolved” now, but do feel encouraged to come back with new feedback if you still have this problem after today.
