Thank you very much for the quick replay.
I’m going to do survey using contact form 7 and when i click submit button survey page redirect to thank you page.
Basically i want to show all fields data in thank you page.
is there way to do it ?
i’m not collecting email or user name here.

when you go to this site, the footer has an email update section. when the email address is entered and the button is clicked it will redirect you to another page. i have used a mailchimp form in that page. i want the previously entered email to be auto filled in the email field in this second page.
how can i get it done?
