Thank you for following up. We did follow the instruction, as we always do in setting up things. It’s some js not able to load. We have changed to another plugin and it started to work instantly. We added this support thread almost three days ago before your reply anyway.

As said, we have hidden the icons by doing a display none on them. If you still want to see the site without those icons, here is the link:

Place an item in the basket to check out, and you will see your plugin in action there, though the icons hidden

OK, I just learned it. It has nothing to do with credit card number length, but rather the number of metadata keys. So how do we reduce these keys?

Thanks for the response. We have decided to hide the display of the icons before a solution is found. I am puzzled why it works for you but not for us. However, since the shop is just relaunched, we have a zillion things to attend to right now, will come back to this later.

It says API version 2017-08-15. However, we did try updating to the newer version and renewed the keys after that. The same errors.

Thank you for the tips, but since I have now upgraded to the pro version, I can use another template. The quotation mark looks absolutely logical there. Good to keep it.

ps: the interface in FB has been changed. Also you may need to go the the app review tab to confirm “make app public”

Hi, Although this thread was marked resolved, the issue has not been taken care of in the latest plugin update. I don’t see the change of script suggested in the github related thread happening.

Can this be taken care of in the next update? This is of significance for this plugin to be meaningful for most serious ecommerce sites.

We have checked with Safari and it is the same. If your computer isn’t logged in with Facebook already, the popup will stay till you input the credential, but it will disappear as if nothing ever happened after you hit enter.

Hmmm. That’s strange. So could it be a browser problem? We use Chrome here.

When we hit the Facebook icon, a pop up pops but disappear right away.
