Yes, You can update post thumbnail using facebook debug tool , you can get details information about at

facebook cache all thumb of post so even if you change that it will take time to update. so if you want to update quickly then you need to use fb debug tool

But under same hosting provider i also run other wordpress site , it running fine on same server , I have tested this with more then 5 different isp , whene ever i try to upload delete any pic i started geting DNS error

even its server error then why this is happening only with wordpress and that also with only one website

Try

-Increasing the Memory Limit
-Disable all the plugins.
-Replace Theme with a Default Theme

You can try different plugin avalable for this like

From your domain admin panel , use redirect feature to point it in your wordpress site.

try a few basic troubleshooting steps:
– Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.
– deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
– If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen Theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
– If that does not resolve the issue, try resetting the plugins foldervia FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– If all the above steps do not resolve the issue, then try MANUAL updating. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. You may need to delete the old copies of files & folder on your server before uploading the new ones. Read the Manual Update directions first.
– If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong.

Are you getting all other email from server ?
if not consult your server team

if your server support smpt emailm then install wp smpt plugin and configure that to recv email

Check the Settings → Discussion page to make sure email notifications are turned on.

delete your mobile broweser cache
disable any wp cache plugin

and then check again
