    Based on how long it took to respond to my inquiry I can understand this plugin to have issues being that there seems to be a lack of sense of urgency to respond to issues from others. Possibly there’s no sense of urgency to correct any and all issues that continually create Critical Problems in which Wordfence consistently sends out warning about. I hope the new update resolves these issues and no future warnings are noted. Time will tell.

    Well apparently I’m not going to get any support with this subject. But on a good note I found the best solution. I installed a new plugin called WPForms. https://wpforms.com/
    This Form plugin is so much better than Contact Form 7. Not only does is work properly but it’s a lot easier to use and provides much nicer emails. So if anyone is reading this subject I highly recommend ditching the Contact 7 Form builder and going with WPForms.

    2+ months and I have yet found out how to correct this issue.
    I’m hoping this Forum actually has admin staff that can provide a resolution. Does anyone read these posts?

    Well I just tried that and it didn’t change a thing for me. I can clearly see the arrow on the Text Color button but when I click on it hoping to bringing up color choices all it does is turn the arrow upside down. Same goes for when I hit the arrow trying to change font size.

    Any help with this issue?

    @pioneer Web Design –

    Hopefully my comments helped you figure out the issue we are seeing. If not, simply go to a page you wish to edit. Add a new element and chose “Text Block.” You will see that there is a tool bar that can used to change certain aspects of the text block. The default text is set to “Paragraph” and normally if you wanted to change it to a larger font size you would use the arrow button to provide a drop down listing of choices. This no longer operates correctly and is stuck on Paragraph. The same goes for all the “FONT COLOR” which also has the arrow that normally brings up a listing of choices. Both of these tool bar icons no longer operate correctly.
    I tried to break this down Barney Style so there wouldn’t be any confusion about the problem that exists.

    I’m having the exact same problem. Apparently after the new wordpress update it has caused some glitches.
    I can see the icons for the FONT SIZE and the FONT COLOR but when hitting the arrow button to make a change it just switches back and forth between an up arrow and down arrow.
    I have yet to figure out a way to change the font size and color options now. I hope this issue gets resolved fast.

    This configuration error – “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site” never existed until the latest plugin update. The contact forms I have on my website have been working fine for the past 3 years and they seem to still be working fine regardless of the error listed in the FROM line within the MAIL tab.

    Hopefully there’s a good explanation as to the sudden errors being captured on Contact forms that haven’t been changed in years which worked perfectly fine.

    The FROM should only be capturing the email address of the recipient who filled out the form. With this said, why would this error explain that email address does not belong to the same domain? That email address shouldn’t have anything to do with the site domain if it’s coming from a public user visiting the website.

    I think this is just a glitch in the latest update and I hope it’s corrected.

    Perfect! Thanks so much. I guess during a recent WP update it must have changed my settings because I never changed a thing.

    Note – The actual change is Under Settings->Discussion in the WP admin panel, not Settings->General.

    However, I found it through your advice and I appreciate it. I’m glad it’s now working again. Thanks for the help!
