In reply to: ocean mist – sidebar at bottom???i’m not sure how but i corrected the problem.
i validated the css at w3.org, corrected all the errors and problems and today the website shows correctly in ie6/ win 2000.
the css that was provided with the theme was full of errors and warnings but after validating and checking each and every line of text, things are working properly…
i didn’t have to change the size of any pictures and even added a drop shadow action to posted images…

In reply to: ocean mist – sidebar at bottom???i have solved the problem by deciding to ignore the problem.
the blog works fine in every browser on pc/mac apart from ie6/win2000.
so, my solution is update your browser and your system.
i have to use win 2000/ie 6 combination in the office because they’re still stuck in the stone age but that’s no reason to split my brain trying to find a problem that’s most probably linked to ie6 and the way it translates php, css, html etc
i give up, the blog is looking good and i’m happy… no more sleepless nights for me ??Forum: Themes and Templates
