all right. goto ‘Plugin panel > Additional Setting > Remove everything on uninstall’
use this option then delete and install plugin again. may be it will help you, OR goto plugin demo page for more information.

you can do it via CSS easily. or you can use option more than one picture in a slide in plugin setting.
i can see that you are trying to fix it via CSS, but there is some issue in your code. please paste the below CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. this code will adjust the width 50% and center-align the gallery.

i have not found plugin within the site. and this issue may be due to any of the plugin conflicts with gallery plugin. you can also try to disable the picture popup within plugin setting to check the issue.

Instagram page request getting 429 (too many requests) error every time on your server.
it may be due to any type of security setting on your server, or code issue in your theme/plugin files OR may be Instagram have blacklisted your domain.
