you are using EightyDays Lite theme. and according to the theme code, there is only one footer widget and it will span only 1/4th of the total width.
so the quick fix is, goto:
Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
and add the below CSS code there.

.footer-widgets .widget.col-md-3 {
    width: 100%;
}

i have checked your page and tried the Instagram username on my site and its working fine. i think some required extensions are not enabled in your PHP installation. please check if other plugin updates are working fine in the wordpress. or you can contact me via email, so i can check for issue.
also i am working on new updates and will try to figure out this error more clearly.

in the previous API there were 18 images/page. but last month API is updated, and now there are 12 image/page. so sorry, i have forgot to update limit.

i have reviewed the site and found that all the JS,CSS files are not loading in the website.
some of the files are loaded from child theme, no any parent theme files or any plugin files. i think JS,CSS are disabled by using any plugin or you have modified the files.
you have to allow wordpress to load important JS,CSS files.

Instagram have suddenly updated their API, thats why application was unable to get results. But for now i have added a quick FIX with new API. so please update to the latest version and check its working.
and again sorry for issue, i will try to fix it permanently.
