@putra1arya pls check this image also, the main domain is getting appended on due to which it is causing the issue? what can be the problem which causes this or does all the backend show like this only
https://dmcollab.in/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Screenshot-2024-08-27-at-2.52.54-PM.pngHey @yogajegstudio @yogajegstudio
Yes i also think it is a redirection issue
If you create a custom template with nothing in it, is it still show 404?
– No it works perfectly fine but as soon as i add multiple new patterns or sections in it, on save it shows 404
Also on the main intrace dashboard of my backend, the view demo shows this link which is not correct, https://dmcollab.in/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Screenshot-2024-08-27-at-2.41.17-PM.png
Ideally it should be https://gutenverse.com/demo?name=intrace.
Can u pls let me know why is this happening, also @yogajegstudio i tried contacting the hosting provider GoDaddy but they are unable to help and saying evrything is fine from their end.
As a developer i have tried everything which i can to resolve this but none of the solution is working.
Can we please dig deeper into this and find the root cause, let me know what all do you need for finding the solution for this, can we connect on a call to discuss this?@putra1arya @yogajegstudio This is the custom template link which shows 404 error after adding all the guttenverse patterns

Please check the below screen shot of the permalinks setting and the .htaccess file code

# dynamically generated, and should only be modified via WordPress filters.
# Any changes to the directives between these markers will be overwritten.

Can someone please revert on the possible solution for this, the issue happens if i create anything new whether it be a page template or custom template, it shows 404 error.
Only the default template edits works fine, rest all the custom created ones shows 404
Please check and revert asap- Have you recently migrated your site to a new host?
– No I am using the same hosting provide for last 2 months - Does the issue persist if you try accessing the site from a different browser or device? (This will help determine if it might be a browser cache problem.)
– I have tested it in all the other browsers, no luck. Issue persists in all browsers - If you deactivate all plugins except for Gutenverse, does the issue still occur?
– Yes it still exists, only if I deactivate Gutenverse plugin it works perfectly - Has the Gutenverse plugin or theme been recently updated? If so, did it work fine before the update? If applicable, try reverting to the previous version to see if that resolves the issue.
– I have not updated the theme, The plugin I have recently updated since the issue was coming but the issue started before the recent update - Have there been any significant changes to your site recently, apart from modifications to the?
.htaccess
?file?
– No nothing only new template files and UI changes were done in CSS - How many custom templates did you create?
– Around 10-12 custom templates
Please let me know the root cause of this issue, I have debugged it from myside and unable to find any solutions.
