Why is it that no one has posted their system status report?

No one posted a URL for the community, or a WooCommerce Ninja, to diagnose WHY this might be happening. Would anyone care to reply with a rational reason as to why neither of you chose to do even the simplest of requirements to receive support?

I’m not a WooCommerce Ninja. I’ve put Braintree on dozens of sites. I have clients that are continually using Braintree. I run THE LARGEST WOOCOMMERCE Facebook group. I am a WooCommerce MeetUp coordinator. …..if that’s not enough, ~yup~ it gets better: my wife AND one of my kids have Braintree fired up on their site as well.

I’m definitely NOT saying all that to blow sunshine up my own blessed assurance!

What I am saying is that if Braintree was “broke”, I’d know about it:

1. I would hear about it in the WooHelp Facebook Group.
2. My clients would be up my @$$ like a hemorrhoid!
3. There would be thousands of topics about “missing CC fields”
4. my wife & daughter would have made some major, Major, MAJOR noise long before stumbling upon this thread ?? …just sayin

And yet, there’s not a support request in the plugin’s support forum from @ratputin https://www.ads-software.com/support/users/ratputin/topics/ and there is one thread started by @skisteve https://www.ads-software.com/support/users/skisteve/topics/.

I’d be more than happy to help folks. Honestly, there are times I wonder if a one star review / rating is a reflection of the plugin or the operator.

I guess we can find out which it is when we see a reply. Let’s start with the System Status report.

I think the key to figuring out this bug would be in the template that renders the /course-category/ page.
The screenshot was of this page: /wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=course_cat&tag_ID=20&post_type=course
So, in the case of recreating, you’d go to https://prntscr.com/ch9zw5 LifterLMS > Course Categories

Then when you fill up that area with content, like this https://prntscr.com/cha13o
While I don’t want to post an actual link here, you can see that screenshot’s slug was /inventory, right? Consequently, on the page https://yourawesomesite.com/course-category/inventory/ you’d open it up and see the content that was entered earlier in the Content Description of that particular category.

What’s happening now is that the page template that creates the /course-category/category_slug is simply echoing out the courses ~ like this: https://prntscr.com/cha2t0

Unfortunately, I know it’s not Genesis. I can create a post category like this: https://prntscr.com/cha3f4 with content entered in the description area like this: https://prntscr.com/cha3mx and the Genesis framework aptly outputs the Category Description Correctly like this: https://prntscr.com/cha65z

I’ll run over to the Github and look, as well as inspect Genesis again.

@ss_aussie : I think Joseph and the team at Twinword might be interested to hear exactly WHICH page builder you are using.

You don’t have a bug in Storefront, hence the github URL is irrelevant. You need support for something in your setup. And this is the place to get the communities support. Having said that, you need to know that your setup is unique to you. So to allow you any possibility of help, please make sure your next reply contains your system status report.
