Hello as I was modifying the “Booking Done message” and attempting to us the place holder “#current_category_name” which is not working in this case.
That same placeholder works fine in the admin email. Can you look into this for me? It was a new placeholder that was just added in a recent update.
Great, thanks for the prompt support. I’ll be standing by for the next release.
OK great thanks. I see that setting has a button to “toggle editor” which has been greyed out.
Is this due to it being a premium feature only?
I see. I was hoping to be able to just know which form the submission came from.
If the category_names placeholder will show all categories to which the booked service belongs, that would mean I would have to create a set of services unique to each category.(which I’m trying to avoid doing)
For example:
I have categories such as:
iPhone 7 repair
iphone 6 repairThen I have services for those categories (that are all the same) for example:
Battery repair
Screen repair
(the same type of service for different categories)So instead of creating “battery repair” for each individual category, i was wondering if there was a way to just know which form was used to submit the booking?
Hope this makes sense.
Thanks again!
woops, sorry the Thank you message has been resolved.
sorry that response was for another topic I had.
Can you tell me where I can modify this “Thank you” message?
Ok, I cleared cache to google chrome and restarted the browser. Then tried it again. Still getting all those categories in the admin email.
You can try and fill the form to test here:
https://gogadgetrepairs.com/portfolio-item/iphone-7/great thanks. I did that however now the admin email is listing all of the categories.
Here is how it’s coming through:
Category: iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone SE, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad Pro 9.7, iPad Pro 12.7, iPad Pro 10.5, iPad Mini 4, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 1
This was through a booking form from the “iPhone 7” category.
Any idea why it’s doing this? Thanks!
