Nvm… after plugin hunting for a while, I simply refreshed staging from production and my issue went away.

It seems I don’t have images that are high enough quality for retina displays. Is there a way to disable the serving of retina display images?

The problem does not occur with the theme Twenty-Seventeen. Our primary theme is Striking Multiflex.

I looked for a Pro/Paid version of Age Gate, but didn’t see any… happy to support you that way if that’s an option.

I’d like to record the date of birth (and age) entered in the User profile. Is that possible?

This way, registered users wouldn’t have to keep confirming their age.

Can I ask also… can you think of why this might have changed behavior? I don’t see anything in your change log, but this has been working for quite some time, and it was a shock to find it NOT working.

Thank to support from Potent Plugins via email, I learned that my problem was due to Two Factor Authentication, and I was able to make the connection with my Zoho account after using an Application Specific Password.

For others experiencing something similar, go to your Zoho Accounts Two Factor Authentication page, and click on the “Manage Application Specific Passwords” button (currently towards the bottom of the page, in the middle of three columns, with an icon of two keys in gray and orange).

I’m having the same issue. Just purchased today, hoping to select between this and the Zapier approach for integration. Not sure how to get by this, and we’ve just downloaded this after purchase, so I presume I have the latest version (1.1.2)
