well i tried… Themeforest doesn’t seem to have a help-center of its own… it redirects me to support.envato.com.
I posted a ticket there. waiting for a reply.
What i don’t understand is why this is happening. there were a few free themes for which the same thing happened.
any info about this would be awesome..
