@photocrati I did contact them and ask if they are throttling, but they just recommended I up the setting values that I mentioned. I did create a phpinfo.php file and this file does reflect the new values are updated, as does the nextgen dashboard. If these values are increased but the error persists, does this mean it must be them throttling my bandwidth?
