    In the required fields all of them but its not always, only sometimes, and we have checked and tested it and cant replicate the issue only when we receive enquiries from potential clients

    @corrinarusso yes sorry about that we have a staging that we created on the 24th the day before updating WordPress could i ask what would be the best would be the best way to give logging access to the staging?

    unless there is a different way in giving the information that you need because there is padding issues styling issues where buttons change colour or all of a sudden has no background colour and images that arent on the exact place that they were

    But our site has been hosted with them for over 5 years so I’m not sure why all of a sudden it would stop working but il definitely talk to them.

    No I am not able to view my PHP error logs.

    Our site was down, ISP has suspended it but it is up and running again if you would please have a look, i have followed the steps and i see error in DevTools

    Hi I managed to Figure it out. When you do the setup via your plugin it seems to skip a step. So when I did connect messenger via the Facebook page I went through all the steps like on your plugin but the last page showed I need to add the Java Snipped.

    So looking at the report below it shows the reffering page as https://customjewelry.co.za/frequently-asked-questions-2/
    but this page does not exist

    and that it was last crawled on the Feb 21, 2020, 9:17:27 AM

    this plugin was setup by someone else, who is no longer working with us so having to figure this out is a must.

    i just went throught the settings and i see we are using the free versin of the plugin.

    Settings for Post Types

      Enable in:

    enable Post (post)
    enable Page (page)
    enable Product (product)
    enable Glossary Term (glossary)
    disable Client (client)
    disable Offer Item (offer)
    disable Portfolio item (portfolio)
    disable Slide (slide)
    disable Testimonial (testimonial)
    disable Layout (layout)
    disable Template (template)

      Enable also in following archives:

    disable Home
    disable Category archive
    disable Tag archive
    enable Glossary Archive
    enable Glossary Taxonomy

    enable Alphabetical order in Glossary Archives

    (only for pro users) Add Alphabetical list in top of Glossary Archives

    Glossary Terms Slug = glossary

    Once you enter your name and email and click on subscribe it will show please ensure that when you do add your name please add Tester next to it so i can go and delete that newsletter subscription
