I’ve tried it on very small sites (50mb) and large ones… same thing – always stuck at “Done preparing blogs”. Support has tried everything and still same thing.

And, very little help from the designer/support itself – after all this time?

This plugin is garbage!

I can’t login as well. I used the same User/PW for the online wordpress.com and it asks me for the Verification Code (that texts to me)… I enter it, then it just goes back to the login page repeatedly?

Thanks for the video – and I have my settings just like yours.

I have only LOCAL and RETAIL GROUND selected under shipping and neither will work. If I change my dimensions of the product to a smaller item AND add Priority Mail, then it pulls up the Priority Mail in the shopping cart. But, LOCAL still won’t show up even though I have Alabama selected. And RETAIL GROUND won’t work at all. It does pull up Priority Mail though and the price compares to the USPS rates website… but, for larger packages, its a lot more $ wise. I want to be able to use Retain Ground. And I really need LOCAL to work first.

Could I give you a login to my site and you can check my settings? I can’t do a video, but I can send you screen shots to your email (or somewhere?)

I’m sorry, I don’t understand any of that?

I added an item to the cart, went to the cart and when I enter my City/State in the “Calculate” no matter what I put in, the shipping doesn’t show up, just the message:

“There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

My store location is set at “United State-Alabama”, so I would think the local would at least come up – but that doesn’t either.

Can you explain what you want me to enter and where and I can test it… sorry I don’t have a clue? Thanks!

OK, when I do that the fallback price then shows up no matter where I’m sending too (location), but the local won’t come up if I select “Alabama” which is my local selection. And, the Ground still doesn’t work – just reverts to the fallback (or are you testing something)? ??

I do have USPS Retail Ground selected (actually the only thing selected), and it still never works – “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

I’m shipping from 35124 to 90210 as a test.

Also, when I have Local Pickup only in the Shipping Zones, it works fine when I say Alabama, but after adding anything else (WooCommerce Services for example) to the Shipping Zone, then the Local stops working.

Sorts with one, not 2. Maybe in the field settings? Can I email you screen shots?

That’s ok I can’t see both sorts in the dropdown, but it won’t sort multiple columns with the short code?

Yes this is what’s on the bottom of the page, below the other text that’s on there. I’m using a theme – Tersus. But a single sort works fine, just no the multiple.

Added the URL to the image and with captions shown, the link no longer works.

Hi, I can’t get it to “scroll”, I tried all the settings, it just has one image at a time, not a scrolling list of images like the graphic for the plug in show?
