Turns out files were missing in various locations in my install — uploaded them again and all seems fine now.

I ended up creating a new template in my theme, and then applied that template to the homepage on my https://www.mainsite.com. In that template I have something like this:

/* Template Name: Page - Main Site Home */

header( 'Location: https://site1.mainsite.com' );

?>

NOTE: I didn’t use the Redirection plugin (or any plugin) for this, but thought the info might be helpful.

Found it — posting my answer here just in case someone else has the same question.

Go to WooCommerce / Settings / Catalog, and there’s a drop-down for “Weight Unit” there.

Update: I went through and did a manual update instead, and the same thing happened. Further exploration revealed that I’d missed updating wp-config for ‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’ — argh.

Thanks Steven. Yes, that’s everything I did. When I had it in the plugin’s templates folder it worked fine, but trying to do what you described it’s not showing up.

(I had the folders named with dashes instead of underscores — I changed that, but still no go.)

I’m doing this with a multisite install — does that make a difference?

Make that “connections_templates” (I was missing the “s” at the end — it’s still not working, though.)

I tried this, but the templates weren’t found. Within that connections_template folder, do I just have the individual folders for my custom templates, or do I need a different structure?

I’m seeing other errors on the post screen (in other fields) so I’m thinking maybe there’s a conflict with the theme I’m using?
