3.9 is different indeed, but not broken. Double clicking does launch basic editing capabilities…albeit weaker. But at least basic position/word-wrap alignment can be defined. Meanwhile sizing can be facilitated using the edit screen or by grabbing the image size handle. And word wrap is facilitate by grabbing the image, holding on, and placing the image in the desired text location using the text placement indicator. Different indeed, but the destination is the same.
