I’m sorry about that, the confusing WordPress plugin submission process is new to me. There should be files in there now.

I too need information about this. The submission process is not very straightforward. I thought the description was for the initial inspection of the plugin, since there was already a description in the readme.txt. Why would I need both?

edit: I figured out my issue after reading the documentation more carefully. I had to create a folder in the tags directory named after the stable release version, and then place the readme.txt file in there.
