Well it looks like it was just for that post, so I copied the post over to a new entry and copied the comments over and it’s all appearing like normal now.

It must have been a bug. Too bad because I would have liked to know what exactly was wrong with it. At least it’s all good now, I guess.

I’ll mark this ‘resolved’ even though it isn’t 100% resolved.

Class – Yeah I managed to remove it. I’ve sent the person a message through private message on the forum but I’m not sure how that will go (not sure if he understands English). I also found out where the other images were being hotlinked from and sent the owners a quick email just as a heads up with the url so they can change it and hopefully save themselves a little bandwidth too. ??

Ahh, I got it! I had to remove the image from the uploads directory itself rather than just deleting it from wordpress. I’m not very computer literate! Thanks for your help, it is appreciated.

Yes I do, unfortunately it’s on a forum and you have to sign up in order to view it. I signed up (because I wanted to see which image he’d hotlinked and apparently it’s not just mine because there are others!).

Mine is the first image of a crocodile, pulled from www byootaful com. It’s a lot of messing around, so I understand if you want to leave it alone! Thanks for the reply though! ??

I know this thread is old, but I also have this problem. I looked through the links but I’m not as quick as some in regards to computer stuff and I haven’t figured it out yet. I think I will need to change the borders in my style sheet, I can get to it, but I don’t know which borders would be in regards to the paragraphs in posts because there’s a lot of borders in the css! I’m confused! Could someone maybe point out the section of the css that I will need to edit?

I think what I ended up doing was using a different layout because the one that I was using at the time just didn’t have the option to have parent-child categories, just parent. So I didn’t really figure it out, I just figured out the easiest way out. ??

Hey guys I just wanted to say thanks for the advice about the notepad thing. I was copying and pasting my blogs from Blogger and having the same trouble with the sidebar – first go of running it through Notepad and the problem disappeared! Thanks! ??
