I’ve got exactly the same issue. Started on November 9th. Before that, everything was OK for years. I re-entered settings and also tried with another email from a very different provider, nothing changed, still have the “Could Not Authenticate” error. WordPress and plugins are all up to date. No issue in Site Health. SMTP is set on “other SMTP”.

@adamantos I had an answer by Brainstorm Force support (with Astra Pro support, thanks to them). All you have to do is to remove custom font and to add it back with same configuration. Worked for me.

@geralddrissner Yes, it seems that Turnstile is useless on Sendinblue plugin. But I’ve got issues with reCaptcha (regardless of the fact that it’s not RGPD compliant) which didn’t filter spams either. I looked for honeypots too, but didn’t find one working with this plugin (although there are several ones for MailChimp plugin). Quite desperate…

@alexisbienayme Sorry for the late answer. It seems that there is no way to stop spams. Of course, I can’t send a “recording of the issue”, because I don’t know how it’s happening. By reverting to Google reCaptcha solution, site key is in the Site Key field of the form, secret key is in the Secret Key field of the form, and in the form itself,

is in the form itself, before Submit button. What else can I explain?

Plugin is the latest version one. I installed “User Role Editor” but there isn’t any manage_security like capability (also searched in database). I logged in with the former website administrator account, but I still can’t access Really Simple SSL setting, same message. Of course, I can’t deactivate the plugin because I don’t have rights to do so, and I guess that disabling it by FTP will crash the site, isn’t it? So, I’m stuck… Any suggestion?

Hi @rogierlankhorst I have the same issue, probably because it’s a website I’m just getting in charge and I created my admin account directly in database. I was at first relieved that there is a solution but the github link leads to 404 error page. Could you fix the link please?

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I HAVE TO switch to page profile although I don’t want to… Doing so, I’m unable to generate an access token. As I understood, it’s linked to new Facebook Pages roles, which are a lot less clear than before.
I will try something else before asking to your support.

Thanks for your answer. Shipping zones are not limited with zip code. Actually, there is only one shipping zone for the whole country. But the website is using a specific plugin, Boxtal (https://www.boxtal.com/fr/en/accueil) for relay shipping. Maybe it’s linked to this?

But I checked over the internet to find websites using this functionality, to see if it’s an issue linked to me or a larger issue. And everyone I found did the same…

FYI, I tried on another server, disabled all plugins and used Twenty Nineteen as theme, but when I activate Smart Logo Showcase, error shows up.
