Plugin seems dead; author not answering and recent release is broken.

Nm…bought and installed WP Rocket. Noticeably faster right off the bat and zero errors.

Not working on any of our sites for the past two months…simply no cache being created. Haven’t figured it out yet…

WP Super Cache stopped working on all sites on our Cpanel server. We can’t figure out why…no cache files are created unless we “Test Cache”, and we can’t access the debug log, the login box just reloads everytime. Sad…loved this plugin. Migrating everyone to something else.

Same issue. Looks like another great plugin has been abandoned.

Fixed this using the Custom Content Shortcode plugin and using embed=true in a loop.

A lot of plugins give you the ability to modify permalinks, and this is especially common with content aggregation sites. When WP RSS Aggregator parses external RSS feeds, it takes that data and creates new posts. It’s set to make the permalink an actual link to the external post/article/tweet/etc.

There’s a plugin we use that does this as well, I believe it’s called Redirect Redeaux, or something similar.

I just need to determine how to loop those permalinks in a way that WP still parses them and displays the content as a tweet.

Thank you, Naweed. We actually fixed this by changing the priority number from 1000 to 10, and moving the code lower in our functions.php file.

Another support reply on this issue that doesn’t work…spanning 6 months. This should be default functionality with this plugin…so disappointed.

Seriously…how is this #1 plugin not stripping html from post title and content creation? This forum us full of users who are having the same issue, with zero resolution.

We paid over $100 for the Pro version, in an effort to replace the free FeedWordPress plugin, which covered this very basic functionality.

Same here, code on their site doesn’t work. The plugin should be stripping this stuff by default anyways. Deal killer for us…we went with their Pro license but free RSS feeds do this by default.

I purchased the Pro package yesterday thinking this kind of functionality would be a given, since it was with FeedWordPress which we’re trying to replace. This needs to be fixed ASAP else the plugins is essentially worthless to our (very large) website that’s about to launch.

Same here; code doesn’t work at all. Badly needed as this was easy with FeedWordPress.
