Here is the issue i have with 5.6…

if you select “Overage Recovery Service” and then Contact Us you will see the same REQUEST A CALL popup inside the Contact Us popup. working perfectly UNTIL upgrading to WP 5.6 so i downgraded back to 5.5.3 until they fix this…

phone mask plug-in working perfectly for me with WP 5.5.3. if upgrading to 5.6, popup inside a popup does not work but i don’t think that Contact Form 7 or mask program is related to the issue…like all of us, you are just another victim of “engineering oversite”…

i did all that you suggested and in order to correct the issue, i had to use the plugin WP Downgrade and change my wordpress version back to the most recent before 5.6. it seems there was a compatibility issue between wordpress 5.6 and popup maker…at least for my particular situation with the html button call.

i have mirroring websites, one is production and the other developmental. i have a popup inside a popup working perfectly in the developmental site but not in the production website. i have verified the two sites are exactly the same but one works and the other does not and i am at a loss to understand where to look for a resolution…HELP anyone.

my popup call from inside the popup is

for some reason it’s not linking properly in the production site but fine in the dev site.
