Thanks lpstenu for your reply, I have done number #2. I am sure they are network activated. I updated to the most recent version yesterday and it is still not working. All the plugins however are showing up in “settings” which is a little weird.
I have two network activated multi-sites and one works with the plugins showing and the other does not, although I am sure it did when I first set it up earlier this year.
Just a little annoying that I cannot see them. Otherwise everything works well.
