We’re really sorry about this issue We’re having issues with our app permissions which will be fixed soon. For now, you can choose to change to a business account if you have one or enable your account as a business account to fix your issues.

To help you add your custom fields to your order emails, we’ve added an option for it on the Email tab. However, this option is for premium users only.
I can ask our developers if there’s any option to add the custom fields to your HTML templates if you’re comfortable with such changes.Kind regards,

In order for your upload files to show on your order, you need to have the Add Upload files option enabled on your Order options in the plugin’s settings:

As for emails, you need to have Checkout Manager pro to have your custom fields and uploaded files to show on your emails.

If the issue still persists, please let us know if logging out and back into your account in the plugin’s settings fixes the issue. If it doesn’t, you’ll have to follow these steps to fix the issue with the tokens.- Confirm your plugins are up to date
- Remove social feed gallery app -> https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
- Create tokens again
- Re-create feeds, as they are created based on token’s credentials
- Use the shortcode to display the feed where you need to
- You might need to clean cache both on website and browser.
