In reply to: [Genesis Responsive Slider] Not showing title and content on mobileIt worked! I shouldn’t be so surprised, of course.
I think I need to add specs for the type size, since it takes up too much space, but the text is there.
Thank you again.

In reply to: [Genesis Responsive Slider] Not showing title and content on mobileThank you so much for that quick response.
Can you be more specific about where it should go in the stylesheet or doesn’t it matter? There are three sections that mention .slide-excerpt: Responsive Design, Home Pop-up Mobile, and Slider. I changed “display: none” to “display: block” where I found it and haven’t seen any change in Safari on an iPhone. I assume I need to add the lines you posted above.

In reply to: [Genesis Responsive Slider] Not showing title and content on mobileI have the same problem with the Genesis News child theme. I also commented out the .slide-excerpt line in the stylesheet style.css file to no effect. I can’t find any code that refers to #genesis-responsive-slider, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
PICNIC (problem in chair, not in computer). The files had a “..JPG” suffix instead of “.jpg”. I have no idea how it happened but once I renamed them, they all displayed correctly.
The files (photo and thumbnail) are added to a gallery folder in File Manager that produces a tiled display on the website page. In the page I mentioned, the three photo and thumbnail files added to the folder most recently can be seen in the gallery folder but they are not visible on the page. I hope that explains it.
Could there be an issue with the file extension? All are .jpg files and as far as I can tell “.jpg” is lower case.
Is there a limit on the number of folders and files that File Manager can process?
I really don’t know where to look for the solution to this and I’m not technically knowledgeable about WordPress.
Thank you for any help you can give me.This problem has nothing to do with the media library. The files can’t be seen on the site.
