Ent?o, eu já tentei isso, mas o atendimento deles é do tipo “fechador de chamado”. A menina deu aquela resposta padr?o educadinha, do tipo “isso infelizmente n?o é possível senhor”. Algo que vc vê que n?o existe vontade alguma de levar para a equipe interna deles avaliar. Será que existe algum contato de alguém que realmente possa avaliar isso, tipo uma ouvidoria?

I did what you said. I disabled all plugins, leaving only wpdiscuz and LMS Tutor active. Unfortunately, the problem has not been fixed.

Do you have any other suggestion?

I inserted the code below in the functions.php file of my child theme

And then I added the shortcode [wpdiscuz comments] to the end of my post, inside the text editor.
