Oh yeah, I had to show the page to someone, so I took the plugin off since it wasn’t quite working, should be back up now.
I am also getting this error when I go to the Main settings page: “Iptanus Services Server is unreachable. This may cause problems in some plugin functions. Please contact [email protected] for details.” Not sure if that is related or not.

Thank you so much for the reply. I checked out the setting that you were talking about and I’m 99% sure they were correct because they match the url of the website itself, and I also could not change it even if I wanted to: the site seemed to ignore my changes. Any other suggestions?
