DESIGN > PAGE > SOCLIAL ICONS was off, like it is on my other sites (i.e. https://www.PartisanIssues.com), but I enabled it and found no change. I also tried STICKY SOCIAL ICONS.

The only difference I can think of is https://www.Commodore.ca is all PAGES where as all my other sites are 98% POSTS.

I just tested my theory on an one of the few posts https://www.commodore.ca/2013/05/revisions-to-come/ and found that the social bar does appear on it.

Do you have any suggestions how I can get the social bar on PAGES?

Good Day. This is STILL a problem and am I now giving up on it. I had a dozen sites I had to undance 2FA on after setting them up and testing them without problem yesterday.

I have written up this article and created a video explaining the problem and the fix but it is quite annoying

Thanks. It is super-weird. The pages in question are already long and when you add in 30+ comments they are insanely long so shortening them up to say 7 or 8 comments would be very helpful.

Thanks but that did not work. My custom CSS now looks like:

This is not a crisis if I cannot set it as left justify, but I would prefer it if the change is not too onerous.

Also, I see this item is marked as resolved. I did not set the flag so it would be best for whomever did to remove it.

Fantastic. I expected the setting to be in that GUI, but I could not focus on each item long enough to appreciate what it was saying ?? .

Hi Ho;

I have used the CSS code to modify the line height.

I have the CUSTOMIZER installed but did not see the setting for the color of LINKS… lots of other colors but not links.

Should I use the custom CSS or a setting in the CUSTOMIZER?

After working on this some more, I also just purchased a single copy directly through your site and logged a followup ticket #IBP-637065 about thinning the header graphic on pages other than the home page.

If this all works out I will buy one more license for me and another through one of my clients, as promised.

Can you tell me if this will handle your future upgrades properly or will I have to go through some dance to keep it current?

Again, I must have missed something. The instructions you provided have been followed (unless I made a mistake), and while the slider is working, the home page is not displaying the page I wish to have under the slider and that is show stopper.

Can you suggest what I may have done wrong?

AFTER I get the home page working with the slider on top, I would like to figure out how to add a right column for a few widgets and I might also like to add 3 widgets between the slide and the home page, BUT both of these items are secondary today.

Perfect. Although had reviewed the page you sited, I was unaware of the Go to Settings >> Reading >> and find static page settings and select your “Home” page that you have created requirement. I had read the text but did not pay attention to the video which had many more instructions that the text did.

I am up and I will almost certainly buy your theme in the coming days just to support you. Thanks for the help.

Note that I am more than happy to buy this theme if that is what it takes to get the slider functional, but the feature list shows 2 slide images comes with the free version and that is all I need for this site. Thanks

Fantastic! I has blown my brains out searching for “BULK REPLACE” “TEXT REPLACE” “CORRECT POSTS” and others. “SEARCH REPLACE” just did not occur to me.
