Thank you Marcus!! I followed the instructions in that blog and now it’s working. jQuery and php files are above my head but with a few modifications, it’s working and that’s all I care about. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

In reply to: [The Social Links] Instagram & PinterestThanks markyodo, I was wondering about doing this as well. To the developer, is there any plan to incorporate these soon?

In reply to: Domain mapping not working on one siteOk, I feel like an idiot for not checking this first, but somehow the original site https://atlantaworkshopplayers.creativenicole.com got deleted from the tools – domain mapping section. I added it back and all is good. Sometimes I guess the answer is a lot more simple.

In reply to: Domain mapping not working on one siteYes, I’m 100% that that is the URL that has worked until this morning. This morning I woke up to a site that had zero images showing because every image path had the .creativenicole in it, even though they have worked for the last 6 months while the site has been up. Once I removed that part of each image path, they all worked, but it should work either way. Before, the .creativenicole part was hidden once it went live, but for some reason it showed up again and then nothing worked.
I have 20 sites all set up on this network that use SITENAME.creativenicole.com and then are all mapped to their specific sites using the exact same domain mapping tool that I’m using on this site. I am just confused as to why this one does not work. Unfortunately this stuff gets a little over my head. At least I know how to make it work for now, but it still seems like something is wrong in the fact that I can’t get to the directory in which it was built: https://atlantaworkshopplayers.creativenicole.com

In reply to: Domain mapping not working on one siteBut https://atlantaworkshopplayers.creativenicole.com does not work. It should resolve to atlantaworkshopplayers.com but it doesn’t. All of my other sites do.

In reply to: Stripping links off of page after publishing or updatingAh, yes, that does seem to be the case from what I can see, though it goes a little beyond what I understand. So I guess I just hve to suck it up and wait for 3.5.1 to be released to fix the issue?

In reply to: Stripping links off of page after publishing or updatingI did post my own topic…isn’t that what this is?

In reply to: Stripping links off of page after publishing or updatingI’ve mostly noticed it on links that are on either images or on text that stands alone rather than text that is in the middle of the paragraph. I haven’t seen any updates and I didn’t see any known bugs for it. I though it might be TinyMCE advanced, but I disabled it and it still happened.
As soon as I open the editor, the links are gone. If I open it and it happens to be in the text editor, they seem to stay, but even if I make no changes, they disappear from the visual editor as soon as I open the page. Most of my clients use the visual editor so having them disappear and have to re-add them every time is becoming quite a problem.

In reply to: Links disappear when editing a published post.I am having the same issue on a few sites. I add the hyperlinks, the page looks fine, but when I go back to edit it…they are gone.
This is especially frustrating when I set up a page for a client and they go back to edit it and need to re-add all of the links.

In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Chrome Warns of Malware in this PluginI am also getting the same problem at https://hirewellnow.creativenicole.com/free-resources/employee-turnover-calculator. I don’t even have the calculator installed, I just have a script from it.
That works, thank you!
Thanks for your response. I am using the widget and using the “include categories” section under the Filtering options. I have the left one filtering the “news” and the right one filtering “case studies”. I’ve tried using the title and the slug and it just seems to disregard them completely. https://sagewoodgroup.com Any help or ideas why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve already renamed the css classes, it was just frustrating that I had to rename them, I guess that’s not a bug, but just doesn’t seem like the best idea. Also, I had to go into the plugin css to remove borders since they were marked as “!Important”, so my css file wouldn’t overwrite them.
Also, when I first upgraded, the actual widgets disappeared from the page/sidebars and I had to re-add them, good thing I checked them so I could get them back up asap. Not sure why widgets would disappear on an upgrade.
Thanks again.
I also lost all styling and the widgets disappeared and am now having to redo it. Why in the world would you change the names of the CSS classes and widgets when creating a newer version of the plugin?
I have also lost the ability to filter by category, and am trying to restyle it, but now notice that some of the items in the plugin css are marked as !important which will override my custom ones. Annoying.
To the developer: any plans to release a newer version and fix the bugs, which there seem to be lot of?
I have the pro version of this but haven’t put it on this site yet, really wishing I did right now.
I have tried with the “ignore users: administrator” checked and unchecked and logged in and out and am STILL having this problem! (it’s under advanced settings)
It’s kind of a big issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Nicole
Seriously…I missed that? Thank you sooooo much! You’re a lifesaver.
