I also support this because I don’t load jquery on the frontend of my site. Adding this plugin adds 2 seconds to the loading time due to jquery.

Report this to a service like wordfence or plugin vulnerabilities and see the feedback.

How would the cron look like? Or will the normal cron work with the plugin? This is what I have in my custom cron

The issue was a headache. Still monitoring…seems nothing has been blocked in the past week.

It could be. I installed this plugin for three days last week and on the last day (Monday) I woke up at 8 am with around 480 page views while GA showed below 100. I am not sure how this happened, or it could be due to bots, referral spam, etc.

This is a development version of what comes with WP core updates. So it is free forever.

I set the interval to six hours and the page was restricted again a day after. I am not sure why this has been happening and Facebook has refused to give me a reason when I appeal.

This is a free theme, and its authors are using their free time to provide support for it. Support forums exist so that you can post your problems there and this review shows you are just complaining while the real problem is you not investing time to learn how to manage your theme in your site. The premium theme exists so you can customise it to your liking without touching code, and while I acknowledge that GP free has very few customisation options compared to other themes, the fact that the premium version exists means that you need to get that one or familiarise yourself with some HTML, CSS and PHP (copy and paste, edit, etc) so you can design a site to your liking, or even get a designer to do it for you! All this review shows is your impatience (and sorry to say ignorance) rather than the failure of the theme or GP team to assist you. I have made several premia looking blogs for myself and a few friends from the free theme itself and they all look fabulous, and you know what? It is done through the custom snippets you mention (plus CSS and HTML). I advise you to take some time to learn what I just mentioned or look for another theme altogether because it is a free world. Cheers!

NB: Google takes time to show your updated date. Don’t expect it to happen in an instance. More so, the theme authors point you to documentation so you can follow the guidelines to get your desired effect, and if it does not work, you raise the issue again with them! FYI, you seem very impatient.
