Hi kbcarps, did you ever figure this out? I have some products that I can see the shipping details on and some I can’t. I need to be able to disable shipping on some of my products.

Hi Frederick, I’ve resolved my issue above. I have also got the mobile redirection working via W3 Total Cache with the user agent groups. My issue now is that on my mobile site, I have a link back to the full site, (www.mydomain.com/?mobileBypass=true) but it no longer works… It just stays on the mobile site. Any ideas on how to bypass this to allow users to load the full site if they wish to?

Hi. I tried that without anything in the user agents text area and now my domain only goes to my mobile site and I can’t log back into it. I’ve now deleted total cache plugin and I still can’t get rid of this redirect? Help!

Group name: 1.High
Enabled: (checked)
Theme: Pass-Through
Redirect Users to: (blank)
User Agents: smartphone

and it doesn’t work…? I’ve also tried with ‘Redirect users to” with the mobile url in place and can’t get it working. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance ??

Hi there, I am having the same issue. When I am using a mobile detection script to redirect mobile users to a mobile compatible URL, it deactivates when W3Total Cache is active. Any workaround for this?

Hi there, I actually did a bunch of Googling after I posted this and found a solution that worked like a charm for me. The issue for me was with the first line mentioned in the error. Not the second line. (output started at /home/eternity/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php:1642)

I simply went to the template.php file on line 1642 and deleted the white space before the php tag. Then re-uploaded to override the live template.php and it was all good! ?? Good luck!
