That actually does the trick! I was assuming it would send a DHL Email directly to the customer but in this case I can activate the feature.

Email is set as mandatory in our shop! But even with an email address in the system I get the same error.
Could not create label – Postnummer oder E-Mail-Adresse muss gesetzt sein.
That’s the error I get! Even if there is a E-Mail Adress present.
Yes, that’s true for the Checkout form.
But in the same time its not possible to create a DHL Shipping Label with the DHL Plugin for a “Postfiliale” with an empty “Postnummer” field.
So either you should make it mandatory in the Checkout Form or make it optional while creating a shipping label?!Hi,

you are right, its the German Market Plugin. And through this I solved the problem by unchecking it in the German Market Plugin itself!
