I agree, i’ve looked at eventespresso and members by wpmudev.
They seem to work pretty well with buddypress which i will be using for the community side of things.

Aha! Within the admin console the drive sharing capabilities needed to be set to be able to share globally (as you said) as well as the simple little check box at the top of the form. Eish, haha. Thanks Mate

How do i share the form globally? It seems to be only shared in the domain. I don’t get a ‘public to anyone on web’ option like one normally does with a normal GDrive account. Let me log into admin.google.com and tinker around a bit, might be able to share it globally there.
