Hi,
I appreciate your answers, however it is necessary to point out that this was NOT resolved, and we are waiting for a possible improvement in the new version of Hubspot
I mention this so they don’t ask me how I solved it.

Hi, Sahil.Very thanks for your attention!!!!!
1) About the problem with plugin in WordPress: I would like to know if Hubspot has a “Technical Roadmap”, to know the projected date for each problem/requirement. (if I had the link, then we don’t waste time on this ticket, since we know that Hubspot is trying to resolve it) Is it possible to know if that url exists?
2) Regarding the blocking of the chat widget. I understand that it is a Firefox restriction, however, I would appreciate indicating if there is any workaround, (a js for example) so that in case the user uses Firefox and the chat widget is blocked :
2.1) A message appears that you are not viewing the chat and invites you to change browsers,
or
2.2) Activate the chat, manually, through an icon on the page.
Thks for your answer
Rodrigo
Hi, and Thanks for your response, Sahil!!!
Here is, in my case, how I use Hubspot plugin from Firefox browser, with and without Tracking Protection.
Tell me if you require more information.
Thks
Rodrigo
OK, about question 1) in this link https://docs.maxim-kaminsky.com/lrm/kb/how-to-hide-registration-tab/, indicates how to do it,
I couldn’t find an answer to question 2)
Thks
Thanks @wfchristian!
The problem is that Learning Mode is active. Because I uninstalled/installed Wordfence again.
What I did was:
1) Disable the additional option “Don’t let WordPress reveal valid users in login errors” from Wordfence. From what I saw, Wordfence recommends having this option active, so as not to reveal existing users, and thus avoid attacks on them (https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/brute-force/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=pluginUI&utm_campaign=docsIcon#hide-valid-users).
2) I changed the “Lock out after how many forgot password attempts” option to 4 attempts. I do not know, at this time, if Wordfence hides or invalidates the remember password form.
Anything else could I do?
Anyway, if you consider that the strategy I used is correct, please indicate so, to close the case and so that other Wordfence users can use the described workaround.
Thanks
Rodrigo
Thanks for your attention!, This problem, is only develepment in this moment. However I’ll try using different “Visibility Conditions”, for the Single Page Product, with different criteria, according to different the product Type. This should solve it without extra plugins. thks
Thanks for your response!!! @danndumia
Yeah! Effectively, I try with any “Share Cart” plugin.
But, I need don’t lost the original buyer. (the problem: If “Share Cart”, the order to associated to ultimate buyer). So, I continue looking and develop if it’s necessary, maybe a secondary table related, with history data to cart orders.
I’ll tell if any progress, and finally close this topic, at later.
ThanksThks for your idea, I’ll close this topic, here
