Thanks Craig. The website is https://www.cameracreations.com.au and the images I am having trouble adding external links to are on the bottom of the front page and a few other pages (MEA, Event Birdie, SUVA etc). I have no difficulties linking my webpages to any buttons or images – its just these logos and external website links that I seem to have trouble with. Let me know if you need any further info – ie. screenshots etc. Thanks again

Hi there, thanks for the response. Yes I am still finding it happening on my imac with Chrome but not with Safari and not on my ipad (Chrome)…any ideas?

Hmmmm the plot thickens! If I usually use Chrome on the imac and have this problem but switching to Safari made a big difference – slideshow was a lot smoother. Then I tried both safari and chrome on the ipad and both are fine. So seems to be only when using Chrome on the imac – although Photocrati Member you mentioned you had the same issue on your device with your browser? Not sure what to do about this…

SO WHAT DO WE DO IF GALLERIES ARE MISSING FROM ALBUMS AND WE HAVE THE VERY LATEST UPDATE 2.0.40???

me too – I tried all of these steps (but am using chrome) and the album appears but the galleries attached to it dont… hope someone can help soon ??

I think I’m having the same problem (also a 1st time wordpress user) I can create the album on my page but when I click on the album, gallery pics inside dont show up…..have tried clearing cache, deactivating all other plug-ins to test etc. I am using the latest photocrati theme (for photographers) which should of course be compatible. I think as I am new that I might have missed some steps? For example do I need to add the Galleries onto separate pages first before linking the album? Dont know where to find these stpes of how eactly to do it. Photocrati will not provide any support whatsoever, even though they built NEXTgen Galllery unfortunately….
