In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Awful – doesn’t work and isn’t being supportedHi Pearl,
I’ve already done all of this with your technical support team. I know that you have the first available support agent answer each question because it makes it faster – but when its an issue that isn’t resolved within a single session or day – it means you end up doing the same thing over and over and over.
Thanks for your message – but unless you have something new for me – not the system status, not disabling plugins and themes, then I’m not going to try again.

In reply to: [Product Country Restrictions] Not working on variable productsAwesome! Looks like its working now:
When I try to add our Curcumin product to the Cart from outside the US I get the following message:
‘Sorry, this product is not available in your country. Note that selected products are not available outside the US’
See https://www.nanonutrausa.com/product/liposomal-curcumin/
Thanks so much for your help.
One last question – when I update my theme, or WP core (regular updates) – will I need to copy and paste this code over or will it automatically be copied over?

In reply to: [Product Country Restrictions] Not working on variable productsGreat thanks!
Is this a change to Woocommerce or to the Booster plugin?
I’m not keen to make any changes to the core Woocommerce plugin (for integration and updates).
Cheers!

In reply to: [Product Country Restrictions] Not working on variable productsI can see it – but for me (in Vancouver, Canada) it shows the message:
‘Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.’
Do you know how to change this message to something like “Sorry, this product is not available in your country”
Otherwise I think customers will be confused!

In reply to: [Product Country Restrictions] Not working on variable productsI’m having the same issue with my variable products – it shows the add to cart button and when I click add to cart it shows the message “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.”
Is there a fix to make is either not show the add to cart button or to show the correct message ‘Sorry, this product is not available in your country’
Note my product URL is https://nanonutra.wpengine.com/product/liposomal-curcumin/ – and the product is not available outside the US

It appears to be working – thanks for your help!
Thanks for all your help.
I’m going to test removing the Universal Analytics Tag from our Google Tag Manager and instead check the options ‘Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code (Optional)’, ‘Add Display Advertising Feature Code (Optional)’ & “Add Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking Code” within your plugin and see if it starts to work now.
Cheers,
CameronHi,
I don’t understand your response.
Are you suggesting that I remove the Universal Analytics tag from my Google Tag Manager account – and check the box ‘Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code (Optional)’ within your plugin – so that Universal Analytics is added to all pages with your plugin instead?
If I do this – will it affect my site performance (speed)?
If I do this, will all of the Enhanced Ecommerce reports in Google Analytics work – including the Shopping Behavior report?
Cheers,
CameronHi,
I have Google Analytics on every page – I have implemented it through Google Tag Manager – if you use the Google Tag Extension extension for Chrome you will see that there is both Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on every page. You can also check our Google Analytics reports with your view only access and you will see that these pages (checkout and checkout confirmation) appear in our Behavior reports – which means that they are being tracked.
The Google Analytics code I have implemented in Google Tag Manager is the standard implementation.
Do I need to change the Google Analytics code that I have implemented in Google Tag Manager to support Enhanced Ecommerce and this plugin?
Thanks so much for your help!
Thanks so much for the quick reply.
However it is not working for our website.
We have a simple 4 step checkout
1. https://www.nanonutrausa.com/liposomal-vitamin-c/
2. https://www.nanonutrausa.com/product/buy-one-bottle/
3. https://www.nanonutrausa.com/checkout/
4. https://www.nanonutrausa.com/checkout/order-received/And in the Shopping Behavior and Checkout Behavior reports in Google Analytics, none of the funnel steps are appearing – only the transaction. Also, the Shopping Behavior and Checkout Behavior reports are showing different funnel steps – shouldn’t they be the same?
I have given you view only access so you can confirm our setup is correct.
Note that we only implemented the plugin on the 24th August 2016 so you must look at transactions that occured after this date.
Let me know what the next steps are.
