This was the response I was given from the emails I was sent.

“If you were within 30 days of your purchase, we’d be more than happy to refund the products you no longer need as outlined in our Refunds page.”
I disagree
This is the exact forum it needs to be on. The ICAL sync and the facebook module I bought were both discontinued. As I stated in your premium forum and via email the changes in the importer module took away the functionality I was using and needed completely. The functionality for both required a different product and a bunch of extra time on my part to change.
Additionally my last 2 emails back to Hunter at your company fell on deaf ears.
If this is how your going to treat customers than it’s critical I post this as many places as I can to warn others from the same fate. How you can feel offering 17% off my next purchase is fair and me warning people about your terrible customer service is not I do not know.

I had 3 emails where people responded here saying they are having the same p[problem yet I come here and I only see my post still? Will this be corrected? Its obviously a bug with 4.4. Is there a normal time it takes to get support from here om the product? It has almost been 24 hours.
