Hi – has there been a solution to this issue? I am facing the exact same problem but I do have one more thing to add to replicate – this only happens when we require the imported users to reset their passwords on first login. The password reset page is set by Ultimate Member and the user is logged out to reset their account and then the browser crashes with too many redirects.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks @missveronicatv – that’s a very helpful code snippet though ideally I prefer a root fix as we have two membership types and only one is auto-approved and the second requires an admin to review manually. The auto-approve works when we create individual new user accounts but it’s the import that has the limitation…

The imported users are “pending review” when imported through a plugin… they then have to be manually approved

Never mind I’ve found the issue – the login form was configured to redirect to the same page as Role 1, I had to update it to Default and the issue was fixed for both roles.

Hi – can you please clarify where this global js variable is? Can you query this from the React app? I’m assessing whether we can build a React app combined with a WordPress membership site but would need to pass information from one to the other…

Hello Patrick – any update on the above? I have disabled all cache and re-installed the plugin from scratch and still the shortcodes are not working. I can share the page for you to see the password works OK but then blank the content does not show.

Hi Patrick,

I have updated and unfortunately I’m still getting the same error the password box appears but then the content is not visible at all after the password is entered. I have also flushed the cache just in case and still not working.

Any help would be greatly appreciate as I have had to disable the plug-in on my client’s website until this is resolved.
