I was also just advised that my form wasn’t submitting. Seems like this is a common issue that is a few years old. We users are wanting to use recaptcha but the way you have it integrating it ends up conflicting with something and then we can’t use it & have to deal with spam.

I had to deactivate it on my WP site today & now the form works fine. What’s weird is that I have it on two sites and they are almost identical in setup but works on 1 and not the other.

CF7 I really think you need to address this & up the compatibility so users can have this integration to avoid spam.

New issue to add:
4) the postage calculator doesn’t let you enter the post code to calculate the delivery cost.

In Theme My Login there is an option to enable Ajax – I have done that now- can you please see if that solves the issue?

Also do you know of a way that I can enable the social fields that usually appear in a user profile?

Ok maybe I am trying the wrong plugin then as I have something that manages users, and once they are logged in then they can use your plugin to add/edit/delete posts.

I would do that except that it then shows the errors on the actual live site. No thanks.

I have emailed you so you can fix these issues on both my sites + the user issue.

I updated from the newest version before 3.8.13 came out.

I have a debug bar- problem is that I get a totally white page – it doesn’t even show the WP admin bar that the top of the page.

I also just updated to 3.8.13.2 literally just moments ago and I have the same issue where in the ‘All’ field I have over 2K users.

– I also have another thread open about issues with products & featured images labelled: ‘Having multiple issues and not sure why :(‘ I would appreciate both these issues being sorted out as it affects 2 separate sites.

BTW I updated WPEC because of the anonymous user issue.

Update:

I have now updated my Australian site that is running WP 3.7 to the latest WPEC – I now can’t edit my products (that have more than 1 image associated with it) as all I get is a white screen (AGAIN).

Again if I try to create a new product and set the ‘featured image’ my media library doesn’t load- just like on the first site that I said I have this issue with.

Can I get some assistance on this please??!!!! How can I be left hanging on this serious issue to operational functionality for 5 days ??

If I disable Frontier Post then I can’t test if it works from the front end…

Perhaps you should register as a user and see what I cam talking about & what is shown as well…

Hi Jeff,

To narrow it down for you- it only misbehaves on the product page – ALL other pages that I can set a featured image in or even add an image to a page all work just fine and dandy. I have not had the problems described above on any other pages or post pages etc.

The only pages that I am having operating issues with are the Product pages that are created when WPEC is activated.

I could upload the image for the user in the admin backend and didn’t have an issue…. seems like the ability to do the same via the frontend you have enabled breaks this ability…..???

I am also affected by this bug- only thing is that I haven’t yet upgraded my version so that means that it is also in 3.7

I have 2 sites with WPEC and one is on latest and the other hadn’t been upgraded & both have this anonymous user issue.

Nothing has been getting purged.
