In reply to: [eShop] SOLVED: Turn test mode off for the eshop WordPress pluginHi Jon,
I’ve inspected the eshop General page using Firebug and found the <div id=”eshop-admin”> element. However, I don’t understand the last part of your instruction:
“…then look for where it’s been hidden, and unclick the little “display:none” box”
How exactly do you look for where it’s hidden? And I’m not used to seeing a “…little “display:none” box” embedded within html or css code.
I must be missing something. I really need the fix and could use some more specific guidance.
Anything you can do to help would be much appreciated.
Regards,

In reply to: [eShop] Digital Downloads – eShop email with download link not being sentIn talking to the programmer at DalPay it is clear that they have only dealt with shops selling tangible goods so far and not digital downloads. These users have been finalizing orders manually. They acknowledge the weakness in their module in not being able to grab the silent post fields (generated for each order) from their confirmation page.
I have forwarded your comments and contact email to them. Thank you.
They have promised to work on this but I don’t have a timeline on completion yet. In the meantime, since the transaction itself is working, is there a way for me to complete the orders manually and thus generate the digital download link for each customer and then forward it via eshop email template?
I’ve explored the test transactions in the order pending tab and its not immediately obvious if there is a way to finalize the order and generate the link.

In reply to: [eShop] eShop – Unable to Go LiveAs I’m sure is typical, the problem appears to be solved. I went through the recommended steps to solve the problem again. Selecting the ‘Screen Options’ menu at the top right of the screen in WordPress, and changing the ‘Number of Columns’ from 1 to 2 in the ‘Screen Layout’ setting did the trick.
Thanks anyway.

In reply to: [eShop] eShop – Unable to Go LiveI should mention one other thing. The first troubleshooting step:
[1] Switch back to two columns (if you haven’t already) via Screen Options on the Settings → eShop → General page
This was not possible. There is no option on my General Page to switch the view to 2 columns.
