@nikeo While I appreciate that what you do takes a lot of work , we also put our businesses in your hands to a degree. If a person can not trust the free version of something , why would they upgrade? The common thread going back years on your product is that there is no support available for unpaid or PAID users . You are consistently developing new apps while ignoring the one that so many people are using . I didnt need Nimble added to customizr – I have always needed support more and I am sure others would agree that would have preferred better support than a a”not so handy” drag and drop function to build pages . I used cornerstone to build pages and customizer and they do pretty much the same thing as nimble but meanwhile my website is falling apart because there is noone to help with support and we are constantly patching leaks in the best way we know how

Are you looking from an actual IOS device or are you looking from a desktop computer?
I have about 10 people who have checked on different iphones and they cannot mobile view the website – it appears as a series of blog posts with no picture and no content on the individual posts – pretty much just a title and nothing else .

I have tested for conflicts and turned off as many plugins as possible

Problem not solved – just made a new forum request in the hope it would be answered. Recovered android by putting in meta tag in the header, but still no IOS functionality on any of the last 10 or so devices apple has released. Problem made harder by there being no viable way to test what your page looks like on different device types.
Viewing from the mobile site does not work on android really either , I can only view as original site and mobile browisng is terrible but at least it can be seen and does not look like a series of blog posts instead of a neat product gallery

I might be having the same problem as you – did you find any fix for this at all ? I am desperate to get it sorted as half of mu customers seem to own iphones !

I have run the cache link you sent me , and it works if i run the cache clear on the product url individually but it doesnt work as a blanket approach for the 900 products i have ..
is there any option to bulk fix the entire website?

is there any difference between a blog post and a product post in terms of how they will appear on facebook? I want the product picture t show with the link on facebook ??

I have put the CSS script you gave me earlier in and it work s.. u mentioned this is a temproary fix ?
I tried figuring out which plugin was affecting it and it didnt seem to be any fo them ??

okay I am just going thru and deactivting plugins and fingers crossed this fixes it . I am losing alot of sales by not having the sitr mobile responsive ?? ill let you know how i go

I meant I havent added anything additional aside from the egneral woocommerce stuff that comes with the customiser “package”
I am learning about all of this slowly , but chose the customizr theme as it claims to be easily mobile responsive , yet the only problems I am experiencing with it are on the mobile viewing side of things !

I do like most of what I have seen with this theme and Am looking at buying this theme and its add-ons for my other larger business , if I can get this one to work well ??

Where would I input that info ? CSS customiser or through FTP client ?

I have the website running perfectly via a normal desktop computer
but mobile responsiveness is terrible – I havent added any additional plugins aside from what was included in the original package for customizr – given that would i still be having a conflict issue if all the plugins are the ones that came with the pack ?

When viewing on a mobile device the dropdown appears but does not stay long enough to actually click on anything .. aside form plugins do you know could anything else be causing it – is there a setting i mightve missed clicking or something ?

Ill give the plugin thing a shot though in the meantime ??
