You’re in a forum for a specific plugin. I’d maybe post the initial question in the ‘How To & Troubleshooting’ forum.

Have a look at User Access Manager.

They updated the plugin’s update last night – meaning, delete the plugin. Search plugins for Heartland again, and then pull that down and activate it.

I just did that, and it’s now good to go.

I had the same errors. I then uninstalled the plugin, and reinstalled it. When activating it, I got the following message:

The plugin does not have a valid header.

Was the update half-baked?

I’ve actually resolved the issue by requesting (and receiving) the latest official build (compatible with the theme) from WPBakery. I’ve heard nothing from Edge on the issue: and the radio silence tells me they’re busy readying a more global response.

The thing is – it’s a plugin that’s listed with all the other plugins. Where, nearly (if not all) the other plugins provide an additional functionality limited in scope. *THIS* plugin is required to edit and build the site itself. It’d be nice if this plugin (and other plugins like it that affect the core capability of utilizing the theme’s features) reside in another list….cuz that update notification was a snake in the grass.

Ultimately it falls on me though for not vetting the update.

Yeah – I forgot to close this. Turns out there is an issue with either WPBakery’s VC 4.11, or its ability to upgrade from 4.7.4 to the current version – at least as it pertains to functioning within the Edge/Hudson theme.

I’ve reached out to both the plugin and theme developers (the theme actually requires this plugin) for resolution.

EDIT: It turns out the issue is much larger than this plugin.

I updated WPBakery’s Visual Composer plugin, because there was an update for it.

Now my theme is conflicting with the VC plugin (drag/drop interface to access elements, functions, yadda yadda to make the page work without coding it manually).

It’s likely something to do with the theme’s php referencing a dated version of the plugin, or the syntax yadda yadda.

I notified the Theme developer and WPBakery about it.

Thing is, the theme I purchased literally requires me to run WPBakery’s plugin.

So…It’s like I have a 3 day weekend. Except I don’t.
Anyway, TL;DR: your plugin rocks.

Are you using WPBakery’s Visual Composer?

I discovered that mine is not working at all after realizing I could no longer save or have previously saved shortcodes publish (all were working fine before today).

Caching got me. Friday I disabled tax in WooC Settings and the tax field, though no longer tallying, showed 0.00 in a still displaying ‘Tax’ field.

No matter how many times I cleared the cache, disabled the cache from even occurring, my primary computer would still show the tax field in the checkout page.

This morning, I check my email and noticed your reply. I powered up my laptop (not my primary computer), verified the settings, and checked the site.

No tax field appeared. The caching thing is frustrating, to say the very least.

I think you’re right. I was poking around in the ‘WP All Import’ site and under some instructions for ‘Updating Product Prices’, there’s a screenshot displaying Step 4 of the import process, where you can check a box to ‘Update existing posts with changed data in your file’, and then to choose whether to update all or ‘choose which data to update’, and below the latter option is where you can select multiple fields.

Sounds like ‘merge’ to me.

Just to clarify:

I’m setting up the Export, and I’ll tweak the sort order locally. Then, I’ll import the saved CSV file and this Import tool has the functionality to merge the CSV into the existing product set in WooC?
